To request an account, please email insyncuniversity@qualifacts.com and your practice administrator with the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Your Practice-approved email account
• The name of the Practice you are affiliated with
• InSync ID# (The 5 digit number located at the top left of your EMR dashboard next to the Practice name.)
